OneDrive Office collaboration feature causes Excel to stop responding

In some cases Excel freezes for 10-15 minutes when opening files in OneDrive.

Disable Office Collaboration in OneDrive feature until Microsoft fixes it (uncheck "Use Office application to sync Office files that I open):
