MS Office for Mosaiq

If a user changes on a computer and a new user starts to use a Mosaiq application (Citrix-based), Mosaiq may attempt to open an MS Word document on a user's PC. If a user is not signed in to the MS Office, it might generate an error. 
To resolve, start MS Word (or any other MS Office application) and follow the prompts to sign in. Microsoft will validate the license and allow MS Office to run. Close MS Office, go to Mosaiq and open an MS Word document. It should open without an error.
