Client VMI error or communication issues on Sequencer

  1. Run ping command from the affected system 
    1. If ping fails or latency is higher than 50ms, submit a ticket
  2. Close Mosaiq and run ClientLoader on desktop, Relaunch Mosaiq
  3. Restart Sequencer computer
  4. Contact Mosaiq Technical Support

Exporting plan from Monaco to Mosaiq fail

  1. Run ping command from the affected system
    1. If ping fails or latency is higher than 50ms, submit a ticket
  2. Confirm all patient demographic data is correct between Monaco and Mosaiq
